Zsuzsanna Tószegi

Between 1974 and 1983, he was the chief lecturer at the National Technical Library (OMKDK) and the Information Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MÉM). Between 1983 and 1987, he was the head of the Library and Information Center at the Hungarian College of Applied Arts.

Between 1987 and 1997, he was the head of the National Periodicals Database at the National Széchényi Library (OSZK).

Between 1997 and 2003, as the executive director of the Neumann János Digital Library and Multimedia Center Public Benefit Corporation (Neumann Kht.), he was the responsible head of the Digital Literature Academy program; head of the project aimed at developing the National Audiovisual Archive; head of the working group established to develop the national digitization strategy; head of the working group developing the strategy of the cultural sector; member and then head of the board of trustees for digital culture of the National Cultural Fund.

Between 2004 and 2015, he worked as the chief professional advisor and website editor of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (formerly: Hungarian Patent Office), as the project manager of the Electronic Public Administration Operational Program (EKOP), and as the chief advisor to the president of the Hungarian Design Council.

Between 2006 and 2015, he was the lead lecturer in the digital library department at the University of Kaposvár (KE) as an associate professor.

Since 2016, he has been an honorary associate professor at the Institute of Library and Information Science of the Faculty of Humanities (BTK) of ELTE University, and the supervisor of the Doctoral Program in Library Science of the Doctoral School of Literary Studies.

His awards include: László Kalmár Award (NJSZT, 2000); Ferenc Széchényi Award (Minister of Culture and Public Education, 2002); Lifetime Achievement Award (Hungarian Content Industry Association, 2007); Kaposvár University Faculty Award (KE, 2015); Endre Hevesi Award (Hungarian Journalists Association. 2018).
