  • Until 1987, he was a scientific associate at the Hungarian State Eötvös Loránd Geophysical Institute (ELGI). He participated in the development of seismic processing software systems running on R10 and then R11-based systems supplemented with special hardware devices of his own development called ELGI. As an independent activity, he prepared the complete test program of the high-speed floating-point arithmetic array processor of ELGI, developed for performing complex mathematical array operations, and the interface program of the 21-track tape data collector, also developed by the institute. Following the amendment to the copyright law regulating the remuneration of software authors, he co-developed the institute's rules for the remuneration of creators, and then directed its work as co-chair of the committee set up for this purpose. During his years at ELGI, he participated in several foreign expeditions (Soviet Union, Greece, Finland, Austria) as a maintenance and operations engineer of seismic processing systems.

    He joined Graphisoft in 1988, where he initially participated in the development of the RAPID pipe network design program as a software developer, and later worked in various commercial positions.

    Between 1990 and 1993, as a founding director, he led Apple's Hungarian distribution, during which the global company's domestic reseller network was established and Apple gained national recognition. After that, he became involved in the international sales of the Hungarian-developed architectural design system, ArchiCAD.
    From 1997, he spent two years as Director of Graphisoft's Hong Kong subsidiary, leading the company's Far East reseller network. Upon his return home, as Director of Worldwide Sales, he managed the activities of ArchiCAD's entire international distributor network.

    In 2005, he joined VintoCON Ltd., founded by the management of the ArchiFM business unit spun off from Graphisoft, where he managed the company's international sales and marketing activities as Business Development Director until his retirement.

    As a member of the Board of Directors of Graphisoft Park, he participates in the strategic management of the Company.
