    From 1972 he was a teacher at the Alpári Gyula Vocational School of Economics in Eger, and then its deputy director from 1981. From 1987 he was the director of the Neumann János Secondary School and Dormitory in Eger (today known as Neumann János High School, Technical School and Dormitory).

    He developed a program known as the Eger School Experiment for the application of informatics in the teaching of economics, which was adopted by more than 20 secondary schools. On his initiative, his school became a foundation school in 1993, which, as a result of its high-level education in informatics, consistently ranks among the first among high schools and vocational schools based on its admission and competition results. They achieve significant results in teaching informatics within the framework of high schools.

    The Tempus Public Foundation has created an integrated entrepreneurship program within the framework of the international Youngbusiness.net project to help socially disadvantaged young people become entrepreneurs.

    It also carried out school-building work by introducing a new training structure and new training forms. The most important of these was the integration of high school education and vocational training (IT and economics) within the institution.
    He is the author of numerous textbooks (on accounting and economic knowledge).
