Tamás Rázga
After his university studies, he worked at the Central Research Institute of Physics (KFKI) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences for 14 years.
From 1974, he was employed at the Hardware Systems Laboratory (HRL) of the Computer Science Coordination Institute (SZKI); he was one of the leading experts in the department. As a developer and manager, he participated in solving numerous cutting-edge tasks. Based on his theoretical background and practical experience, he was recognized as a recognized expert in remote data processing, computer networks and telematics. He also published his research results in infocommunications and mathematics.
At SZKI, he participated, among other things, in the development work of the IBUSZ system and in the implementation of the frame relay system built between Budapest and Székesfehérvár, based on the infrastructure of the Matáv system.
After the privatization of SZKI, he was one of the company's managers for a long time (alongside Gábor Farkas and György Leporisz.)
Later, he became an employee of the Computer Applications Company (Számalk).
- In 1956, the physics competition of the Eötvös Loránd Physics Society, the so-called Eötvös Competition, was won by Imre Csiszár, with Tamás Rázga and Zoltán Zsombok sharing the second prize.
