Erzsébet Noszkay
After graduating from university, he gained industrial experience at the Budapest Electric Works, the Hungarian Aluminum Industry Trust and the Csepel Iron and Steel Works between 1967 and 1980. His activities covered the areas of industry-wide economic analyses, organizational and operational regulation, plant organization, organization of computer systems, investment network planning, organizational planning and regulation, management development, senior management decision-making preparation, corporate due diligence and diagnostics.
From 1980, he worked at the Computer Applications Research Institute (SZÁMKI), the Computer Applications Company (SZÁMALK), the Industrial Economics Research Group of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Industrial Economics Research Institute, where he conducted empirical studies, analyses and methodological developments in industrial companies.
Meanwhile, from 1986 to 1992, he was an external lecturer at the Department of Industrial Management of the Budapest University of Technology (BME).
Between 1991 and 2009, he was a full-time associate professor at the Gödöllő University of Agricultural Sciences and its successor, the Szent István University (SZIE), and in the meantime, he also worked as a college professor at the Kodolányi János College, teaching subjects such as economic informatics, entrepreneurship, corporate economics, change and crisis management, and knowledge management. At the SZIE, he was the head of the Agricultural Manager college program.
In 2005, he participated in the establishment of the Master's Degree in Management and Organization (VESZE) created by the Consortium of Universities, and then in 2008 in the launch of the VESZE Master's Degree at SZIE. At SZIE, he became responsible for the Business Consulting specialization of the Master's Degree in Management and Organization.
Since 2009, he has been a college professor and private university tutor at the Budapest College of Communication and Business (BKF) and then at its successor, the Budapest Metropolitan University (METU).
He initiated the launch of the VESZE program at the BKF in 2009 and directed the launch of the program in 2011. He was the head of the VESZE program at METU until 2017, when he was appointed professor emerita.
In 2010, he founded the Executive MBA – Turnaround Management (EMBA) specialized further education program, of which he has been the program director and instructor ever since. In 2010, he founded and operates the New Generation Business Leaders Talent Academy (UGVTA, which is a continuation of the former BKF Management Talent Workshop).
Meanwhile, he also gave lectures at several other universities (e.g. ELTE, Paris X. Nanterre University). He also participated in the Hungarian adaptation of the entrepreneurship training programs of the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Paris).
In 1995, he founded and has been running the business and management consulting company NOMEN & B. Bt. ever since, with a track record of successful references.
Member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences' Committee on Economic Sciences (GB) since 1991, founding chairman of the Knowledge Management Working Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (2003). Honorary chairman of the National Association of Change and Crisis Managers (VOE), member of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK). Member of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NJSZT) since its establishment.
Awards: BKIK Certificate of Recognition (2005); BKIK Memorial Plaque (2006); Pedagogical Service Medal (Minister of Education and Culture, 2008); BKIK Certificate (2009); “Consultant of the Year 2014” (BKIK Consulting Department); “VOE Crisis Manager Lifetime Achievement Award” (2014); Academic Fellow (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, ICMCI, 2015); Knight's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit (2021).
