    Since 1983, he has been working in various positions at the former Szombathely Teacher Training College, employed by the Department of Technology, initially as a laboratory assistant and technical administrator, then as an assistant teacher, assistant professor and associate professor. His duties include compiling the equipment of the electronics and IT laboratories, making experimental equipment, operating computers, implementing controls with microcomputers and integrating all of these into education. He began his higher education activity as a lecturer with the subject Introduction to Computer Science, and then continued with foundational subjects related to IT.
    In 1998, he became a full-time lecturer at the then newly named Berzsenyi Dániel Teacher Training College (BDTF), then at its legal successor, the University of West Hungary (NyME), and later - after the separation of the Savaria University Center (SEK) from NyME - at the Faculty of Informatics of the Eötvös Loránd University Savaria University Center (ELTE SEK) (from 2017). In 2019, he participated in the development of the EDLRIS (European Driving License for Robots and Intelligent Systems) project (a unified, standardized, internationally recognized training and certification system in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence). For several years, he has led robotics circles and summer camps; since 2018, he has been organizing robotics competitions related to student age groups in Szombathely; from 2023, he is one of the founders of the Szombathely Robotics Club. Since the 2020s, it has been working on topics related to industrial and engineering history, as well as developing methodological and professional programs necessary for teaching the subject of technology.

    Active member of several professional organizations (National Association of Technology Teachers; Regional Non-Profit Association for Technical Culture; Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) Complex Committee on the History of Science and Technology; Member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Public Body; Szombathely Scientific Society; Editorial Board of the Journal of Mechanical Engineering; Vas County Regional Organization of the John Neumann Computer Science Society (NJSZT); Association for Technical and Natural Science Culture).
    Awards: Minister of Culture Commendation (1987); President-Vice-Rector Commendation (NyME, 2009); Commemorative Medal on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of higher education in Szombathely (NyME, 2010); Commemorative Plaque for Technical Education (NyME, 2012); Neumann Prize (NJSZT, 2023); Certificate of Recognition for Teacher Training (ELTE, 2023).
