János Kóka
Since 1996, he has held various management positions in both the public and private sectors. He entered the world of IT during his university studies, when the Hungarian IT market was awakening. From 1996, he was the Managing Director of Elender Computer Kft., from 1998, the CEO of Elender Business Communication, later he continued his career as PSINet Country Manager, and then as the European Vice President responsible for business development. He played an active role in the launch of Sulinet.
In 2004, he was the president of Euroweb Internet Service Provider Ltd. and the Association of Information Technology Enterprises (IVSZ). Until October 2004, he was a member of the board of the Brussels-based EICTA (European ICT Association) and the president of the Hungarian-Indonesian Business Council.
In October 2004, he was appointed Minister of Economy and Transport, during which his main tasks included creating an enterprise-friendly business environment, encouraging the growth of the corporate sector, strengthening the knowledge-based economy, and developing the international presence of domestic enterprises.
He left politics in 2010 and returned to business life. Since 2011, he has been the President and CEO of Cellum Global Zrt., a company offering complex mobile payment solutions, present in both the domestic and Asian markets, and a member of the board of directors of several companies belonging to the group. He was a co-founder of the Aquincum Incubator business development center and a member of the advisory board of the Singaporean investment fund TripleP Capital.
Since 2015, he has been actively involved in the work of the BMW World Leaders Forum and the Global Diplomacy Lab (GDL), and since 2016, in the European and global working groups of the BMW Herbert Quandt Foundation.
Due to his business successes, he won the "IT Manager of the Year" award established by the Association of IT Enterprises in 2000.

- From 2007, he was the president and faction leader of the Alliance of Free Democrats (SZDSZ) for a year.
