János Kázsmér
After graduating from university, he was employed at the Hunting Cartridge Factory in Székesfehérvár, where he worked his way up the factory hierarchy, starting as a workshop technologist. He played a decisive role in all of the major programs of the rapidly developing factory.

On July 30, 1990, he left Videoton, breaking off his 34-year employment relationship, because he could not get the city leadership to accept the future strategy of the company, which was still generating billions of forints in profit.
From 1990, he worked as a consultant for a Swiss bank, participating in the development, financing and implementation of large industrial projects.
