Dezső Gáspárik

Date of birth:
1953.08.21.
Place of birth:
Budapest
Education, professional qualification:
  • Telecommunications Operations Engineer - College of Transport and Telecommunications - 1974.

  • After graduating from college, he immediately found a job in the field of computer science. From the fall of 1974, he was involved in servicing the Unified Computer System (ESZR) systems established within the Computer Technology and Administration Organization Company (SZÜV) of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

Following the reorganization of the industry, he transferred to the newly formed National Computer Company (OSZV) in 1975 and worked as a hardware engineer. His task was to operate magnetic peripherals.

From 1977, he started working at the only data processing company in the country that also dealt with data transmission, the Food Industry Machine Processing Company (ÉLGAV). His task was to operate and maintain the computers (Bull Gamma, R20, R22) operated there.

In 1987, recognizing the partial liberalization of the previously closed market, he and his partners (Tamás Dés, József Fodor) who already had significant knowledge in the field of IT, founded Trigon Ltd., with three independent areas (hardware, software and PSION mobile application). Trigon Ltd. was a market leader in many areas for years.

In 2005, he sold his share, which he invested in a new independent company; Trigon Consulting Informatikai, Oktatási és Pénzügyi Kft., of which he has been the managing director since the beginning. The company mainly deals with IT consulting and organizing IT training.
Although he retired in 2019, he remained the company's CEO.

    And what else is important
    • After his retirement, he realized a dream he had only cherished during his active years, and is constantly developing his field table. Of course, the past is also present in model railways: everything is implemented on IT bases (PLC, Arduino, digital circuits).
