  • Between 1955 and 1960, he worked on industrial statistical analyses at the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
    From 1960 he was head of the statistics department at the Beloiannisz Broadcasting Factory (BHG).

    He studied in Paris with a French state scholarship for eight months in 1968-1969 and a six-month scholarship in 1974. As part of this, he completed a six-month system architect course, then studied computer applications at French companies (IBM France, Renault, Paris Prefecture).

    In 1969, he was commissioned by the President of the Central Statistical Office to establish and manage a computer education center – in order to quickly provide the intellectual background for the Central Computer Development Program (SZKFP). He had to create all the technical and personnel conditions for the institute within a short time. The institute, which employed 500 full-time and 350 part-time employees, became known at home and soon abroad as the Computer Education Center (Számok). He managed this institute for 13 years.

    In early 1982, the Central Statistical Office, as the main supervisory authority, merged its three IT organizational units (Számoki, OSZV, Számki) under the name Számítástechnikai Aklaksási Vállalat (Számalk). He was appointed deputy general director of the new company. However, he could not accept this merger.

    From 1985, he continued to work as the organizational and IT director of the Hungarian Aluminum Industry Trust.

    He has worked as an independent entrepreneur as an organizational and IT expert since 1990. He primarily managed the founding and launch of IT companies.

    1957-től kezdődően statisztikai, majd számítástechnikai és vezetési témákörökben szerkesztője volt több számítástechnikai jegyzetnek, értelmező szótárnak, folyóiratnak. A Control Data Institute-tól vásárolt know-how szerződés megkötésének, majd 7 éven át a működtetésének irányítója volt. 1962-1990. között számos európai és tengerentúli országban járt (konferenciákon való részvétel, tanulmányút, kereskedelmi tárgyalások).

    He participated in the Standing Committee on Statistics of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA); for 4 years he was the head of the Hungarian education committee of the socialist countries' AIR (Automation Control Systems); he was a member of the program committee for the preparation of the IFIP II World Education Conference (1974-1976); for 8 years he was a member of the Presidency and Executive Committee of the NJSZT.
