His first known workplace was the Nuclear Research Institute (ATOMKI) in Debrecen.
In the 1970s, he was the department head of the Videoton Radio and Television Factory (VIDEOTON). Under his leadership, the VIDEOTON 600 C card reader was developed.
In the 1980s, he worked at the Computer Science Department of the Institute of Science Organization and Informatics (TII).
Between 1988 and 1994, he held a senior position at the Administrative Directorate (ÜIG) of the Computer Science Coordination Institute (SZKI). He led several domestic and foreign projects and was also responsible for SZKI publications.
From 1998, he was employed at the Gábor Dénes College (GDF).
