József Buzder Lantos

Between 1971 and 1990, he was a software developer, project manager, and finally department manager at the Infelor Systems Technology Company, then at its legal successors, the Computer Applications Research Institute (Számki) and the Computer Applications Company (Számalk).
He was involved in the development and implementation of application systems (PC warehouse management and production control systems) and the development of basic software (compilation programs for FACOM-R and DATA10 minicomputers; operating system elements and database management system for R10).

From 1990 to 2002, he was a project manager and consultant at Digital Hungary Ltd., and then a system integration expert at Compaq Hungary Ltd. As a specialist in specialized areas or application systems, and as a manager of sub-areas, he was involved in the preparation, planning and implementation management of projects.
His most important projects: international payment systems (SWIFT, SPOT, MONTRAN) at Magyar Hitelbank, Budapest Bank and the Hungarian National Bank; preparation for the year 2000 at DÉMÁSZ and Magyar Hitelbank; development of hardware infrastructure in several locations.

From 2002 to 2003, he was IT manager at M Group Holding Kft.
His task was to develop the IT strategy of the company group and implement the strategy in everyday life.

Between 2003 and 2006, he was a senior advisor at the Ministry of Informatics and Communications, and then between 2006 and 2010, at the Electronic Government Center of the Prime Minister's Office. In both places, he worked as an IT vocational training officer and expert in EU and domestic projects related to electronic public administration.
