  • He began his university studies in Szeged as a mathematics teacher. However, at the beginning of the third year, he gave up the mathematics major and enrolled in the applied mathematics major (with calculators) started by László Kalmár.

    As a first-generation computer scientist, he worked at the Computer Science Education Center (Számok), then later at the Computer Science Application Company (Számalk) as a researcher, and later as a lecturer.

    During his life, he traveled to many countries, from America to China, from Germany to Syria. He taught and lectured at higher education institutions. During this period, he wrote several mathematics and programming textbooks, technical books, numerous professional articles, and many studies.

    In the 1990s, he also worked at the Hungarian Telegraph Agency (MTI), where he worked on news and information databases.

    In his later years, he worked as an expert for the Ministry of Education and Culture, auditing IT systems. As part of his work, he visited numerous domestic universities and colleges.

    After his years at the ministry, he worked for the Educatio Social Service Nonprofit Ltd. until the end of his life. He worked as an internal auditor, under the direct supervision of the director.

    • He has 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
    • He started writing poems at the age of 60. He is a member of the Baja Help Circle and the Józsefváros Literary Circle.
    • He is one of the editors of the quarterly literary magazine "Nekünk Nyolc" (We Eight), which is located in the 8th district.
    • In his first volume, published in 2009, entitled “The Afternoon is Getting Old”, he pays tribute to the city of Baja, the place of his childhood memories. In addition to his 3 poetry collections, his poems have been published in numerous literary publications, magazines, and the book 1000 Hungarian Haiku.
