Walton Computer Technology Ltd.
Basically a distributor.
Initially, it engaged in extremely diverse activities, primarily supporting VIDEOTON's international commercial businesses.
Its task is to produce printers and printer components and sell them in a jointly determined manner. According to the contract, Walton Kft. received the manufacturing rights for the WM 2000 and WM 4000, the associated know-how and technology, which it will make available to Videoton for production. The procurement of imported parts necessary for production is the responsibility of Walton, so it does not burden Videoton's capital import account.
