VT-SOFT specializes in human resources management – payroll, labor, taxation and human resource management. The company's main activity is the development of human resources management systems, as well as the operation and outsourcing of its own developed systems.

In 2003, VT-SOFT decided to become a reseller of Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

OPUS/ABACUS program. The human resources management system gained a reputation for itself in the early nineties with the performance of its social security program, and now includes salary, social security, labor, cafeteria, and modules in the field of working hours. The software runs on any platform from the server side, and is Windows-based from the user side. In 2002, the software company opened its outsourcing center in Tiszaújváros, which, in addition to serving the Tisza Chemical Plant and dozens of limited liability companies located around it, also handles the payroll and social security administration of companies in Miskolc in an ever-expanding range.
