They developed and sold boxed software distribution, and also supported and financed the development of various software (e.g. spell-checking software).

Softinvest organized the SOFTWARE'84 Software Exhibition. (According to some, it was the first) Hungarian software exhibition. The exhibition featured the software recommended for 1984. The exhibition took place in November 1983, for a few days.
