Their current main activity is the development of database management applications and administrative software. Their best-known product is TIBERIUS, an improved version of the WinTiszt program, which supports public service human policy work, and the Cafeteria system.
- Peter Boytha, Managing Director
The WinTiszt program is a civil servant registration program developed based on the provisions of Act XXIII of 1992 on the Legal Status of Public Servants (Ktv.), Act LVIII of 2010 (Ktjv.) and the Act CXCIX of 2011 on Public Service Servants (Kttv.) that replaced them. Its task is to fully support the human policy activities of civil servants and government officials by automatically applying the (sometimes quite complicated) rules of the Ktv. / Ktjv. / Kttv.
TIBERIUS, the predecessor of the new development program, WinTiszt, operates in more than 100 locations nationwide. Our users include local governments (including about half of the Budapest municipalities), as well as central public administration bodies and ministries with a national organization (regional bodies). The primary goal when developing WinTiszt was to fully algorithmize the provisions of the Ktv. and automate the daily human policy work of civil servants as much as possible.
Qualisoft's latest system is an optional fringe benefit system, Cafeteria. Its goal is to manage a system of optional elements tailored to individual needs, in order to motivate the office's employees and increase their satisfaction. The motto of the system is "cost-effective motivation".
