Omigraf Ltd. was founded on October 28, 1989. Its founders were the Omikron Computer Cooperative and the Intergraf Commercial Service and Service Company. The OMICRON business share was bought out in 1992.

On December 31, 1992, the OMIKRON Computer Cooperative was transformed into the OMIKRON Computer and Information Technology Cooperative.

In April 1997, the company's activities were expanded with a new area: the AMP NETCONNECT Center business unit was established. The history of the establishment of the business unit dates back to 1989.

After a twenty-year cooperative history, the OMIKRON Computer and Information Technology Cooperative was transformed into OMIKRON Informatics Ltd. on December 31, 2005.
