Technical Book Publisher

The Technical Publishing House is one of the leading textbook publishers in our country. The Technical Publishing House is listed on the official public education textbook list with nearly 500 general knowledge and vocational training publications. In addition to the hundreds of general knowledge titles, we also offer textbooks for 17 professional groups in vocational training. We produce publications for all ages, from school preparation to graduation, for both school-based and course-based training.

1995: Acquired by the Dutch publishing company Wolters Kluwer.

1998: Calibra Publishing House was merged.

Since 2007, the publisher has operated as a company of Infinitas Learning, a group of companies that is a major player in the world's textbook publishing and curriculum development. The Technical Publisher merged with the Fine Arts Publisher, thereby further strengthening the publisher's leading role in the vocational textbook market.

In November 2013, a 100% Hungarian-owned family business, Konsept-H Könyvkiadó Kft., purchased the Technical Book Publishing House.

The two publishers officially merged on December 31, 2014, and the official name of the Publisher is Technical Book Publishing House Ltd.
