In 2006, Group 4 Megamicro was transformed into G4S Biztonságtechnikai Zrt. This company was purchased by István Garancsi in 2017.
The small cooperative's partners included the armed forces. In 1999, they expanded their company with the security technology unit of the Hungarian subsidiary of the Dutch Group 4. This made them the largest security technology company on the Hungarian market.
