The Ministry of Internal Trade received the entire national trade turnover aggregated data continuously and in a relatively short time from data extracted from the wholesale computer system.
They did not accept any support from the Ministry of Internal Trade, so that they could not interfere in their affairs, thus maintaining a small degree of independence.
The cover page of the Computer Science booklets was printed in several colors. Not only did the commercial companies receive this, but the ministry as well. One morning, the supervising deputy minister of domestic trade called them and said, “Finally, they told the truth!”
What happened was that he received the current issue of Computer Science Bulletins. On the title page, the first letters of Computer Science Bulletins were printed in a different color, and that color was missing from his copy. So it received the following title: “computer science messages.”
It is interesting that out of the few hundred copies of the booklet published, the only one that was left with the letters was the one that went to the deputy minister.
