Our company has been involved in system monitoring projects since 1995. By now, this business unit has proven its expertise in numerous projects, implementing various system monitoring systems.
Our consultants help clients select the most appropriate system management solution - taking into account the client's needs and available infrastructure - and then participate in the construction of the chosen system and post-implementation support. We work with some of the major systems management product lines: IBM Tivoli, _betasystems, CA Unicenter, Microsoft Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operation Manager. Our most important systems management services are Service Desk, Desktop management, Server & Application Management, and Identity & Access Management.
IT SECURITY SURVEY
Our certified experts perform a review and internal audit of the IT system in accordance with ISO and applicable legal regulations, and make recommendations for eliminating the identified problems and deficiencies, purchasing the necessary hardware and software, and determining the tasks to be performed.
IT OPERATION
Within the framework of this service, we provide our customers with a full range of operational services: hotline service, individual, company-tailored assistance – including regular periodic maintenance, resolution of error reports, daily operational processes. Our service can be monitored in the Ker-Soft online Help-desk system, which operates according to ITIL standards. We conclude an SLA – service level agreement – with our customers, which guarantees the level and quality of the service. Our specialists use all remote access options (RAS, VPN) to resolve requests and problems as quickly as possible.
CRM – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Gold certified partner, we provide our clients with a customized customer management system that meets their business needs. We support the development of the system, starting from the needs assessment and system design steps, with customization and, if necessary, with individual development. After that, we place increased emphasis on training and operation issues.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Companies generate large amounts of data – on paper, in the form of forms, invoices or electronically – which, if managed systematically, can reduce manual data processing to a minimum. Beta Systems Enterprise Content Management offers industry-specific solutions and ensures secure and efficient document management. It has ready-made solutions for banking, insurance, public administration, industry, trade and services. The system reads, prepares, processes, classifies and archives the data on documents. Special scanner/sorting equipment supports all these functions. The invoice processing process can be integrated with ERP systems, such as SAP.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Experience shows that it is not possible to find a ready-made standard product for every solution. We design and implement custom-developed systems for our customers, so our company delivered, among others, a custom-developed logistics system for the Waste Processor, and we can mention the Testmaster, which is a standard training system developed for transport companies.
Ker-Soft implements complete technical solutions based on Windows-based applications. The peculiarity of the programs we create is that we "step out of the PC box", establishing a connection with special hardware (such as voting systems). The main example of this: We have developed software for TV quiz shows.

Ker-Soft is launching a new, self-developed product on the market: the “Testmaster” vehicle training system. The Testmaster software is available as a unique application, as a training system, for those wishing to learn the rules of the Road Traffic Act. The product will be supplemented by an examination module developed for transport companies later this year.

The operation of the predecessor company of Ker-Soft. Its initial activities were the distribution of Computer Associates – Clipper development tools, IT support, and user training. We support more than 1000 customers and development companies with development tools.
