It was founded in 1990 from the Theoretical Laboratory of SZKI.
Between 1993-95, the employees bought out the shares of SZKI and then the founding Austrian and Hungarian banks: full employee ownership

In 1999, the majority of shares were sold to KFKI Számítástechnikai Rt.
In 2001, the sale of all employee ownership to KFKI,

Since 2003, it has become part of the KFKI holding company under the name IQSYS Zrt.
