2000: Integra Rt., which primarily considers itself a software house, worked on establishing a department providing IT services for the telecommunications industry in addition to its two existing divisions, financial applications and dream corporate governance, and acquired a 100 percent ownership stake in T-Com Kft., which provides consulting and IT services for the latter market segment, mainly in the implementation and operation of information systems.

Another important element of Integra's strategy is its presence in international markets. In this spirit, relying on the local knowledge and experience of Vietnamese employees who have been working for the company for several years, it established a joint venture called Integra Pacific in cooperation with Vietnamese Thien Nam Ltd. In addition to the above, the choice of Vietnam was made, among other reasons, because the dual banking system currently emerging there represents a serious market for the financial and corporate management applications developed with Integra's expertise in this area.
