    IdomSoft Zrt. is a member of the NISZ group of companies (IdomSoft Zrt. is a 100% indirect state-owned company, a member of the NISZ group of companies, which plays a leading role in the development, integration, installation and operation of IT systems of national importance). We have unparalleled experience in the development of high-security government and security document issuing IT systems, in the creation of central registers with complex relationships that manage large amounts of data, and in the management of personal data in accordance with legal regulations. In addition, we are also prepared to provide other IT services, especially in the fields of IT and administrative organization consulting, IT system design and implementation, hardware and software selection, IT system operation, and in providing related service activities. Our company has played a significant role in the largest IT development projects affecting the Hungarian population in various areas of public administration.

    From September 2016, role expansion: the tasks of the National Police Headquarters' Information Technology Development Department (ORFK IFFO) are transferred to IdomSoft Zrt. The Law Enforcement Development Sector is established, which performs the development and application operation tasks of law enforcement systems.

    Transformations

    The company will be established as the professional successor to Idom 2000 Konzulens Zrt., founded in 1999 and dealing with the development of systems for managing significant data assets, under the name IdomSoft Zrt.

    Tigra Business Intelligence Kft. acquires IdomSoft Zrt., into which the state administration business unit of Multipolaris Zrt., founded in 1989, merges in the same period.

    A government decision is made on the state purchase of IdomSoft Zrt., in which the National Information and Communication Service Company Zrt. (NISZ Zrt.) is named as the new owner. The company's ownership rights will be transferred to NISZ Zrt. at the beginning of 2013, and its most important customer will be the Central Office for Public Administration and Electronic Public Services (KEKKH).

    After the 2014 parliamentary elections, the company came under the control of the Ministry of the Interior, and its scope of responsibilities expanded in line with new expectations, broadening towards a general government IT development and operation company.
    At the end of 2016, KEKKH will cease to exist, and its general legal successor will be the Ministry of the Interior. At the same time, IdomSoft Zrt. will be designated by Government Decree 309/2011 for application operation and application development tasks in relation to the systems listed therein. As a result, the company will no longer have not only implementation, but also electronic data processing and professional “case management” tasks.

    IdomSoft Zrt. will now continue its work under the management of the Digital Hungary Agency Zrt. (DMÜ) from September 2022.

    In line with the action plan of the Digital Hungary Agency, IdomSoft will begin preparing the developments of the Digital Citizenship Program (DÁP) and strengthening the competencies necessary for the development of DÁP.

    KOPINT-DATORG Informatikai és Vagyonkezelő Kft. (KDIV) will merge with IdomSoft Zrt. on September 30, 2023. The provision of administrative services and IT developments previously provided by KDIV (e.g. the development of the Automatic Administrative Decision-Making System, AKD) will be continued by IdomSoft Zrt. from September 2023.

    IdomSoft Zrt. will take over the service provision tasks of certain Regulated Electronic Administration Services (SZEUSZ) and Central Electronic Administration Services (KEÜSZ) necessary for the implementation of the Digital Citizenship Program from NISZ Zrt. The employees who previously performed the tasks under the banner of NISZ will become employees of IdomSoft Zrt. from January 1, 2024.

    Interesting facts

    IdomSoft Zrt. operates an integrated management system certified by an external, independent, internationally recognized body based on the ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 14001 standards. Our processes and operations are also organized taking into account the recommendations of the ITIL methodology.
