DíjBeszedő Holding Zrt. (DBH) was established after the privatization of the Capital Computer and Díjbezzedő Vállalat. The privatization took place in mid-1993, within the framework of an employee share ownership program. In 2006, DBH became 100% owned by Hungarian private individuals, the largest owners being the senior management, senior officers and employees of DBH. In 2013, the Group was sold to Magyar Posta Zrt. and FHB Jelzálogbank Nyrt.
