    The focus was on the application of SAP's integrated enterprise management systems (R2, R3) in the domestic energy, financial services, commercial, telecommunications, manufacturing and government sectors.

     

    Transformations

    1997 – Transformation into a joint-stock company, Dynasoft Rt. is established.

    1997 – Merger with Coopers & Lybrand Auditing Ltd., Coopers & Lybrand Dynasoft Rt. is established, which continues to operate as the Management Consulting Business Unit (MCS) of Coopers & Lybrand.

    1998 – following the international merger of the accounting firms Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, Dynasoft operates as the Management Consulting Business (MCS) of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

    PwC was formed through the merger of two companies with a history of about a century and a half, Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand.

    Price Waterhouse opened its office in Hungary in 1989, and Coopers & Lybrand Kft. was also founded at that time.

    Since 2011, it has been one of the country's leading business consulting firms under the name PwC, with an office in Győr in addition to Budapest.

     

     

    Interesting facts

    Dynasoft was the leader in the introduction of SAP in Hungary and the first to introduce large, complex software package-based systems.
