Ministry of Education University Computer Center (ESZK), from 1968. (Previously see BCE data sheet!)
This Computer Center, located on the 11th floor of the Budapest University of Technology, did not belong to BME, although most of its “clients” came from BME. The task of ESZK was in principle to serve the computer needs of all universities in Budapest. Its users, specialists from educational institutions, solved their educational and research tasks here – on Razdan-3 computers. At that time, neither BME nor the other large universities in Budapest had their own computers.
