The coordinated operational management of the entire NJSZT, its diverse professional communities and regional organizations is carried out by elected officials. The highest forum of the Society is the Annual General Meeting (formerly the Executive Committee), which holds the officers accountable and approves the long-term vision. The professional and regional organizations of the Society are also headed by elected leaders, who report to the national presidency.
