HT PTA-4000+16 pocket computer
IN the early 1980s, we were still complaining about the disadvantages of the embargo, but copying Western technologies was allowed. The Híradástechnika Szövetkezet (HT) was at the forefront of this, where – among other things – the PTA-4000 target computer was born. Since the manufacturer had built 16 KB of RAM into the machine, it met the 4 Neumann conditions, but due to its small display it could only be considered a target computer (picture).
The PTA-4000+16 is a licensed enhanced version of the Sharp PC-1500 made of CMOS components with 16 KB of RAM, built in Hungary.

The descriptions mention a wide range of applications, in which the portability of the machine was essential.
