Gabor Vitályos
After graduating from university, he was employed at the Videoton Development Institute, where his first job was developing the basic software for the first (and last) domestically developed "large" computer, the R11 (Mitra 225).
In 1977, he co-founded the micro-enterprise Vitályos Consulting, which works with a relatively constant group of subcontractors. As a manager, he is an expert and manager of individually developed, high-quality, complex systems -- from the concept plan, through documentation, audit to operation monitoring. Under his leadership, among others, the following projects were completed: the additional automation and performance optimization system of the Dunamenti Erőmű Rt. block supervision (1997-2003); the transaction management system of Budapest Bank (GE Capital) and the data warehouse and central clearing query built on it (1997-2003); the development of the IT Infrastructure and Security chapter in the National Development Plan-2 program (Ministry of Informatics and Communications, 2005-2006); the security audit of the Parliamentary Election IT System (according to the COBIT methodology); report preparation (Kopint-Datorg Informatics and Asset Management Ltd., 2014); audit methodology for the quality of use of e-public services (Hungarian Content Industry Association, 2009).
Since the 2010s, he has been engaged in usability theory research - focusing on the relationship between humans and virtual space, where the latter appears as an efficient office and work environment.
Founder and head of the "e-services quality" department of the National Institute of Public Administration.
