  • He began his professional career at Gamma Works, designing electronic circuits, as a research engineer.

    At Tungsram, he worked in IT application development, where he managed and carried out the digitalization of corporate processes. He learned the theory and analysis methods of cost structures during his engineering and business administration training, and he implemented and implemented them in practice as the Head of Controlling at Tungsram.

    At General Electric (GE), he was among the first to manage the introduction of SAP's financial and accounting modules in Hungary in 1991. He later became the director of industrial IT for GE's European organization.

    In 1995, he established the IT department as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Chinoin subsidiary of the pharmaceutical company Sanofi, developed a strategy in line with the business model, and managed the implementation of the scheduled project portfolio.
    In 2000, he was appointed as IT Director in the United Kingdom for 3 years, during which he managed the implementation of SAP Siebel doctor attendance systems and established a multi-site IT organization.

    He first worked at MOL as IT Development Director, and later as CIO of the MOL Group for 5 and a half years, which began with the transformation of the IT organization and the development of a group-level strategy, then continued with the large-scale unification of IT systems, the introduction of new applications, and significant reduction of operating costs at the MOL Group's European subsidiaries.

    He was a member of the European organization of IT directors EuroCIO for 5 years. He is a member of the Presidency and then the Supervisory Board of the Hungarian Association of IT Leaders (VISZ). In 2009 and 2010 he received the professional recognition of "CIO of the Year".
