  • After graduating from college, he worked as an electrical engineer at the Rába Wagon and Machine Factory, where he worked on a computerized enterprise management system on an IBM 360.

    From 1972 to 1987, he was a system organizer, organizational group leader, organizational department leader, and then development director at the computer center of the Computer and Management Organization Company (SZÜV) in Győr.

    In 1987, he and his partners founded the Szaldó Szintézis Subsidiary, later Szintézis Kft., and then Zrt.. From its founding until 2012, he was the company's number one manager, and from 2012, he was the chairman of the board of directors.
    Szintézis, one of the largest companies outside the capital, has grown into an international company. Its headquarters are in Győr, but it has branches in Budapest, Szeged, Debrecen, Salgótarján, among others. It has subsidiaries in Romania and Slovakia (Nagyvárad, Galánta). The group of companies includes Szintézis-NET, which deals with the development of financial, e-health, e-commerce and business intelligence software. The parent company was profiled for the design, development and operation of commercial IT systems, in which they became market leaders. Their clients include foreign and domestic retail chains (CBA, COOP, Praktiker, SPAR), large companies, and international multinational industrial companies (AUDI, MOL).

    For nine years (1980-1989) he was the secretary of the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Between 1998 and 2005 he was a member of the board and vice-chairman of the county Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KIK); between 2000 and 2014 he was a member of the supervisory board of the Association of Information Technology, Telecommunications and Electronics Enterprises (IVSZ). Since 2000 he has been a member of the supervisory board of the Universitas Foundation. Since 2003 he has been a member of the board and co-chairman of the Győr County branch of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ). Since 2006 he has been the chairman of the Economic Council of Széchenyi University (SZE).

    Awards: Entrepreneur of the Year (VOSZ, 1988, 2004); Regional Quality Award (2003); Economic Award of the Year (County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 2004); “Enterprise of the Year” Kisalföld Prestige Award (Lapcom Zrt., 2005); Award for the Information Society (Minister of Technology, 2007); Pro Universitate Award (Széchenyi István University, 2013); Award for the Hungarian Economy (Minister of National Economy, 2018); Széchenyi Award (2019).
