Education, professional qualification:
  • Electrical Engineer - Budapest University of Technology - 1970.
  • Digital Electronics Engineer - Budapest University of Technology - 1976.

  • He came into contact with computer science during his diploma thesis (development of a computer program system entitled Analysis and synthesis of multivariable dynamic linear control systems). After graduating from university, he was a drafting engineer at Borsodi Szénbányák. - He has been a member of the NJSZT since 1970.
In 1972, he was active in establishing the computer center of the Institute of Construction Economics and Organization (ÉGSZI) in Miskolc, and later he was the head of the computer center. In 1980, he started a basic computer hardware knowledge subject entitled Computer Engineering. Later, in the field of microprocessors and microcomputers, he and his colleague built the devices and the demonstration microcomputer model for the measurement exercises related to the subject.
By 1983, they had developed a new microcomputer based on the I8085, with the aim of illustrating the operation of microprocessors at a basic level (machine code, machine cycles, internal state), in step-by-step detail, as well as presenting internal and external peripheral data flows. In 1983 and 1984, he held city and county teacher training courses, and later advanced training courses. From 1987, as an employee of the newly established University Computer Center, he was involved in the commissioning of the Siemens/Bs2000 mainframe and then in network construction.
