  • After graduating, he was a research associate at the Central Research Laboratory of Measurement Technology.

    From 1970 he was the head of the INFELOR System Technology Company, from 1976 the Computer Application Research Institute (Számki), and from 1982 the Computer Application Company (Számalk). He participated in the acquisition of the French Mitra 15 license, dealt with the supply of software for domestically produced (R10) and other (SzM-4) machines, and then managed the adaptation of system software and the development of applications.

    He was a founding member of the Hungarian subsidiary team of the American Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) established in 1990. As the company's EIS director, his task was to coordinate the supply and demand of large-scale enterprise information systems and manage direct sales in the telecommunications and financial institutions sectors.
    Since 1994, he has been a member of the Digital Budapest Club, initiated by Árpád Csurgay and established with the support of the Hungarian subsidiary, of which he was the host for a while.

    In 1998, after the merger of Compaq Computer Corporation (Compaq) and DEC, he was responsible for business development of the Hungarian subsidiary; in 2001, the company won the National Quality Award.
    After the merger of Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and Compaq in 2002, he was the head of quality management of the Hungarian subsidiary.
    He has been retired since 2007.
