István Síklaky
Psychologist, he worked in mass communication and social psychology, and from 1965 on corporate, business and computer systems organization (Infelor, Számki, Számalk, Diebold, Comporgan).
In the 1970s, together with his son, Ferenc Virághalmy and Tamás Szepesváry, he designed a modular application program and language that covered the main functions of corporate management and was designed for the then-current Hungarian R-10 computer.
Practically before the invention of the PC, a PC technology and a parameterizable programming language were invented. The system description was also published in book form: it was known in the industry as the MM system.
The implementation of the computerized technical documentation system he described and developed at Videoton, on which the English-speaking applications called BOMP (Bill of Materials Processing) were based, was considered a pioneering work in its time. This system not only operated at the corporate level, but was also capable of compatibility with the International Scientific and Technical Information System.

- In the second part of his life, he actively participated in the political grouping called "Unity for Survival" around the organization of the Constituent Assembly, which was considered a third-party movement.
- After the change of regime, from November 1990 he was the mayor of Budapest's 13th district, but resigned in June 1991.
