    He began his career in 1975 at the Institute of Telecommunications Electronics (HEI) of the Budapest University of Technology (BME) as a departmental engineer. Two years later he was appointed as an assistant professor. Since the beginning, he has been teaching in the subjects of Information Communication and Processing, Digital Technology, Speech Processing, and Measurements. His main project was Digital Speech Processing and Speech Generation. In addition, he participated in the development of transmission technology measuring instruments.
    In 1987, he earned his doctorate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Budapest University of Technology (BME).

    From 1986 he worked as a development engineer at the Megamicro Computer Cooperative. His main project was the development and production of the Microvox-64 digital speech synthesizer. From 1988 he worked there as a technical director; he was also a member of the board of directors of the successor company Megamicro Zrt.

    In 1992, he took over the position of Managing Director of Systrend Számítástechnikai Kft. During his management activities, Systrend gained a significant role in the domestic system integration industry. For years, his company was among the most significant IBM, Compaq, HP and Microsoft partners and system integrators.
    From 2001, he continued his activities as the Chairman and CEO of the Kft.'s successor company, Systrend Zrt. - until his retirement in 2010.

    Since 2013, he has served as the chairman of the supervisory board of the Digital Equality Foundation (DEA).

    From 2013 to 2017, he worked at the Szentendre Aranykor Center, which supports the elderly, where, in addition to organizing, he also carried out computer technology education activities.
