Zoltán Padányi
After graduating from university, in 1974, he started working at the Central Physical Research Institute (KFKI) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He participated in development and then project management tasks in complex technology measurement and automation projects at the Department of Industrial Applications. His area of expertise: solving measurement, data collection, control and regulation tasks of industrial processes using real-time operating systems.
Major projects: control of the Orosház Oval Glass Factory's mixing house scale line, automated control of the railway point-filling equipment of the Tisza and Danube Petroleum Companies, automation of the control of the Gasoline Blending Plant of the Danube Petroleum Company, measurement and data acquisition system of the Márkushegy Mine Plant of the Várpalota Coal Mines, automation of the control of the "Supra" underwater machine (Lübeck, FRG), creation of the measurement and data acquisition system of the block computers in reactors III and IV of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant, creation of the technological interface system of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant's Full Scale Simulator.
In 1989, he became the founding managing director of Dynasoft Számítástechnikai Kft. The focus of their activities was on the application tasks of business management, IT and technological control systems. They were among the first to turn towards integrated systems based on standard software. Thus, they became the Hungarian representatives of the SAP company and played a pioneering role in the creation of integrated business management systems for large domestic companies.
From 1997 - after joining Dynasoft - he performed partner duties in the Management Consulting Business of the auditing firms Coopers & Lybrand and then Pricewaterhouse Coopers. The focus here was also on the application of SAP's integrated enterprise management systems (R2, R3) in the domestic energy, financial services, trade, telecommunications, manufacturing and government sectors.
For his work, the KFKI awarded him the Institute Award, Grade II, in 1977.
