  • Chemical Engineer - BME - 1984.

  • He has been working in IT since 1989 (first as a programmer, then as a system administrator, and finally as an IT consultant).

He has been working in the banking sector since 1990. Initially, he wrote small database management programs, later he was a system administrator and system designer. Since 2001, he has been involved in the development of a banking risk management system, from the banking professional side (creating specifications).

Since 1995, he has been collecting computer artifacts and researching their history, on a hobby level. The collection consists of more than 1,400 inventoried objects (these are not only computers, but also other objects, such as 200 cameras, radios, tape recorders, etc.). The number of books, magazines, and documentation can also be counted in the hundreds. The collection also includes rarities such as the Apple Lisa or the Sinclair ZX80, a unique computer built in 1980 by Mihály Wodicska, head of the CNC department of the Electronic Measuring Instruments Factory (EMG). Among the cameras, there is a copy of the world's first single-lens reflex camera, the Duflex (created by Jenő Dulovits).

He has organized several exhibitions from the collection, the images of which can be viewed on his website. He considers it important to preserve the values of the past, because without them the present cannot be understood and the future cannot be imagined!

As part of this collecting activity, he participated in the planning and implementation of the Szeged Information Technology History Exhibition (ITK) in 2012. He also supports similar efforts on the Internet wherever possible (Facebook, etc.).

    Award: Neumann Prize (NJSZT, 2021).
