  • He began his career at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences' Computer Science and Automation Research Institute (SZTAKI) in 1980 as a research associate, where he also worked as a university student in the last years of his studies. He developed hardware and software elements of CNC controls and integrated manufacturing systems at the Department of Mechanical Engineering Automation.

    In 1982, he founded a company, which later became NEXT Informatikai Kisszövetkezet, which dealt with system integration, robot control software, and the development of merchandise circulation and business management systems.

    From 1992, he was in charge of the professional management of Montana Ltd., then Zrt., where he was CEO from 1999.

    In 2000, he took over the position of CEO of Albacomp Zrt., where, in addition to operational management, his main task was to transform the company's organizational structure, develop the administrative support system, and prepare the company for operation in accordance with the upcoming European Union accession. From 2003, he participated in projects of the Ministry of Informatics and Communications (IHM) on behalf of Bonusnet Kft., in projects related to the IT development of schools.

    In 2006, he founded the Digital Equality Foundation (DEA), and as its president, he works to help disadvantaged children catch up. As part of this work, the KIP (Complex Instructional Program) methodology was introduced in Hungary, and a book about it was published by the foundation.

    Telvice Ltd. was established in 2008 with his former colleagues, which initially dealt with system integration; later, under the professional representation of Dynatrace, it became the market-leading solution provider for the monitoring of large IT systems with APM (Application Performance Management) technology.
