Katalin Horvath

After graduating from college, he worked as a senior salesperson at the Central Statistical Office until 1989, participating in the development of a management information system and the planning and processing of sample population surveys.

Between 1989 and 2002, as the head of department at Kopint-Datorg Rt., he was involved in the preparation of public procurement tenders for IT developments and the implementation of developments, in addition to managing the marketing and customer service areas. In addition to overseeing new product and service developments, he managed the introduction of the ISO 9001 quality assurance system, and then worked on the implementation of Oracle applications.

From 2002 to 2008, he participated in the development of the Postal Electronic Marketplace (PeP) Directorate at Magyar Posta Zrt., and then managed the introduction of the PeP project as a project manager and business consultant at the IT Strategy Directorate. In addition to developing and providing opinions on IT strategic materials, he also prepared a customer relationship management (CRM) project and managed the POS terminal reconstruction project.

Between 2008 and 2010, he managed the Government Personnel Service System project and the implementation of the Call Center module at the Government Personnel Service and Public Administration Training Center (KSZSZK) as an office manager and deputy project manager.

From 2011 to 2019, as a department head at the Government Informatics Development Agency (KIFÜ), he managed, among other things, the preparation and introduction of a public administration project management methodology, the development of a leadership training system, the preparation and monitoring of the organizational strategy, the development of an organizational internal and external communication system, and the development of an organizational Knowledge Base.
