  • After graduating from university, he worked briefly as a journalist at Szabad Nép. Between 1955 and 1966, he worked at the Education Department of the Rector's Office of ELTE.
    During the period marked by the name of Nyers Rezső, he joined the Standards Office, where he organized professional courses for five years.

    Since 1971, the Computer Education and Information Center (Számok) has coordinated and accredited the curricula for higher computer science qualifications offered by UNESCO, with the involvement of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office and the Ministry of Education. At the end of the training courses organized in this way, students could obtain various levels of system designers and programmers' certificates.

    From 1975, he was transferred to the INFELOR Systems Engineering Company, in order to provide personnel support for the transformation of the company into a research institute. He worked in the Computer Application Research Institute (Számki) and then at the Computer Application Company (Számalk) in the academic departments to ensure that computer technology specialists were provided with modern (often foreign) knowledge.

    From 1982 to 1985, he served as the head of the human resources development department at Számalk, providing broad support to the work of his fellow managers (employee recruitment, training, employment abroad, incentives). He always considered it his mission to contribute to the creation of a relaxed working atmosphere in which employees could perform to the best of their abilities.
    From 1986 to 2003, he participated in this work as a retired employee.
