During his university studies, he worked as a quality controller in the Tuborg project at the Kőbánya Brewery. In 1986, after graduating from university, he started working as an organizational programmer at the TAURUS Rubber Industry Company as a study scholarship holder. Here, he adapted the COBOL programs of Siemens BS2000 computers to the then emerging PC (dBase, Clipper) environment.
In 1988, he joined the Makrotrend Small Cooperative, which manufactures and trades local area network (LAN) components, as a programmer; he founded the distribution of Japanese-made KAO magnetic data carriers and was elected vice president of the small cooperative.

In 1993, he co-founded VAR Kft. with private individuals, of which he was the managing director. The company's activities include the trade of computer equipment and related services. In 1999, he was among the first in Hungary to establish an outsourcing contract to support the end users of a bank. The company was ranked 99th among IT companies in the Top 200 list of the weekly magazine Figyelő in 1999, and represented General Electric (GE) Capital Information Technology Solutions in Hungary.
In 2001, he sold his share in VAR Kft. and together with private individuals he founded MagiCom Kft., of which he worked as the managing director until 2020. The company primarily deals with high value-added IT services. Under the leadership of MagiCom Kft., he launched the development of the Industry 4.0 indoor positioning system, which won multiple tenders and is marketed under the name Recosense. In 2018, MagiCom Kft. launched the Nexpery Learning Hub, where they train certified network specialists. He handed over the management at the beginning of 2020, and then, as the owner, he deals with key partners and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
In 2019, he is one of the three most successful STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) career orientation ambassadors of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in Central and Eastern Europe).
His public activities are diverse: since 2005 he has been the president of the Hétpecsét Information Security Association, between 2008 and 2014 he was a member of the board of the Hungarian Service Industry and Outsourcing Association and the head of the training working group. He has also been teaching office management since 1996. Since 2008 he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pannonia and the organizer of the Tímár László Case Study Competition.
He has received several awards for his educational and social activities: in 2004 he was awarded the title of honorary associate professor by the University of Veszprém, and in 2016 he received the Pannonia Higher Education Award; in 2006, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Hungary awarded him the Tódor Kármán Award, recognizing his successful role as a bridge between education and economic life.
