  • After graduating from university - having previously been a scholarship holder of the company - he began working as a research assistant at the Measurement and Computing Research Institute (MSZKI) of the Central Physical Research Institute (KFKI) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on the development of TPA minicomputers. The results of the development were the subject of numerous patents, several of which he was a co-author. Later he became the head of the production group for these computers.

    In 1980, KFKI, the Computer Science Coordination Institute (SZKI) and Videoton established the Computer Science Experimental Plant Joint Stock Company, with a location in Székesfehérvár. He worked there for 2 years as deputy technical director, then returned to MSZKI, also as deputy technical director.

    From 1990 he was production director at Controll Rt., then vice president at Megamicro Elektronikai és Biznestostechnikai Rt. There he began to deal with quality management issues, also learning about international standards. Under his management, the Rt. obtained the ISO 9001 certificate.

    From 1995, he was the quality management director at Lias-Networx Kft., one of the privatized successor companies of MSZKI. Under his leadership, the company obtained the ISO 9001 certificate, and later the environmental management and safety technology certificates.
    The company grew continuously and changed its name to LNX Rt., where he was also given the duties of HR director in addition to his previous duties.
    In 2007, the owners sold the company. The buyer was Telekom Rt. He retired from there in 2009.
