Andrea Dömölki
At his first job, at the Heavy Chemical Industry Research Institute in Veszprém, he participated in the planning and programming of chemical industry tasks as a scientific associate.
From 1970, he worked in teams creating translation programs at the Information Processing Laboratory (Infelor) of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office.
From 1975, he was a member of the team providing professional support for the connection between the then-installed R40 computer and the researchers using it at the Central Physical Research Institute (KFKI).
In 1978, he taught systems programming at the Computer Science Education Center (Numbers), then worked as a department head and deputy department head until 1984.
Between 1984 and 1987, as a senior associate at the Ministry of Industry, he participated in the renewal of education necessary for the electronization of industry.
From 1987, he was assigned to the Computer Applications Company (Számalk) to refresh and modernize the Institute's internal educational tasks. Recruiting new, promising employees for the Institute was also part of his job. This task led to the development of a small headhunting group focusing on IT specialists called PERSONALITAS - one of the first in the country.
In 1991, at the request of a larger “hunter”, he began his work as a human resources (HR) manager at the then-forming Ericsson Hungary – with an increasingly diverse range of activities, responsibilities, and international outlook as the company grew. As HR director, he was a member of the strategic council of Ericsson Hungary.
In 1998, NOKIA offered him the position of HR Director. The expectation was to create a high-quality HR organization and ensure a smooth connection with the Finnish headquarters.
During his time at multinational companies, he developed his expertise and experience in a variety of ways through foreign and domestic training courses, learning communication, leadership, corporate strategy, education, leadership selection, compensation, and motivation methods, and by implementing and monitoring customized solutions (at the given company).
Since 2000, she has worked as an independent consultant for small and large IT companies. She has developed HR strategies as an external expert, participated in leadership development and training of new employees. She has occasionally given lectures and was the co-leader of a larger educational project: Preparing women for leadership and public roles – for several years, in several locations, for several hundred women.

- He follows the changes in the world, the country, and his family's life with a wide-ranging interest. He likes to experiment in the kitchen whenever possible, cherishes his diverse family relationships, and shares interesting moments through photography.
