The 4-day "40 years of Hungarian computer technology and Volán Elektronika Rt." exhibition, lecture and roundtable discussion series was organized within the framework of the INFO'99 exhibition. The program of the event:

On the occasion of the exhibition, the illustrated Hungarian IT history publication entitled “40 years of Hungarian IT and Volán Elektronika Rt” was prepared. The publication was produced in two versions, with identical content but different covers. An invitation for the press was also prepared. The publications can be found in the NJSZT Library (iTA 1203/1-3)
We have added a photo of Volán's three leaders to our gallery: CEO Kálmán Faur, Director Alajos Marxreiter, the lead designer of the LIBRA software, and President József Kovács.
Our gallery also includes a presentation of LIBRA, a historical tableau of informatics, and an event from the roundtable discussions.
