History: T-Systems Hungary Service Provider Limited Liability Company from 1994 to 2008

    T-Systems history:

    2005

The members of the Magyar Telekom Group – T-Com (formerly Matáv Wired Services Business Unit), T-Online (the successor to Axelero), T-Mobile, T-Systems (formerly Matáv Business Services Business Unit) and T-Kábel (formerly MatávkábelTV) – together offer the full spectrum of telecommunications to individual, small, medium and large enterprise customers.

T-Systems, a service provider created by Deutsche Telekom, combines the most advanced services in the fields of telecommunications and IT, and offers a comprehensive, systems-oriented portfolio by combining mutually reinforcing areas of expertise. Other market players either focus on one or the other, or offer these in strategic alliances.

    2006-2007-ben:

DaimlerChrysler's subsidiary Debis and Deutsche Telekom are merging in a joint venture
information technology activities. As part of the agreement, Deutsche Telekom will contribute 50.1% of its total assets in the form of a capital increase.
acquires a percentage stake in Debis Systemhaus.

In the ownership structure of Debis IT Services Dataware Kft., debis IT Services, now under the T-Systems brand name, holds 51%, while Dataholding '98 Rt., consisting of Hungarian owners, holds 49%.

Another domestic representative of the T-Systems brand is T-Systems debis IT Services Unisoftware Kft., which currently employs more than 130 people.

T-Systems, as the second largest systems house in Europe, is present in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Deutsche Telekom's subsidiary also acquired other Hungarian companies, and system house activities received different emphasis within Magyar Telekom.

A new company, a new brand name, is appearing on the Hungarian IT market, T-Systems, a joint venture formed by DaimlerChrysler Services AG and Deutsche Telekom. The two Hungarian debis companies, debis IT Services Unisoftware Kft. and debis IT Services Dataware Kft., bear the T-Systems brand name.

After the German owner of debis IT Services Unisoftware Rendszerház Kft merged with T-Systems, the company became the Hungarian leg of T-Systems, but this company also went through many transformations as the Deutsche Telekom subsidiary acquired other Hungarian companies, and the system house activity received different emphasis within Magyar Telekom.

After Deutsche Telekom acquired Debis Systemhaus in Germany and established T-Systems International, the Hungarian company was also transformed into T-Systems Unisoftware, then T-Systems Hungary Kft., which was continued as managing director by László Vitkovits until 2006.

We simplified the organizational structure of the Corporate Services (T-Systems) business unit in 2008 to provide better customer service and increase sales efficiency. The number of subsidiaries in the business unit was reduced from six to two, while maintaining the flexibility and customer focus of the organization.

T-Systems Hungary Zrt. began its renewed operation on October 1, 2012, as the only service provider in Hungary with a comprehensive information and communication technology (ICT) product portfolio. The company, which is 100% owned by Magyar Telekom, was established by merging four industry players with a long history: IQSYS Zrt., Dataplex Kft. and ISH Kft. merged into T-Systems Hungary on September 30, 2012, and finally Daten-Kontor Kft. joined the company in April 2013. T-Systems Hungary provides comprehensive telecommunications and IT infrastructure, application development and system integration services to large corporate customers, public administration and institutions.

2013: Magyar Telekom unified its brand structure during 2013: it combines the previously strong market brands into a single brand and introduces a new, more dynamic image. In the future, customers will be able to access all services under the Telekom brand, be it mobile or fixed telephone, home or mobile internet, interactive TV, healthcare or insurance products. T-Systems Hungary will continue to provide full-range infocommunication services to its corporate clientele under the T-Systems brand.

2022. According to plans, Magyar Telekom's system integration subsidiary, T-Systems Hungary Zrt., will continue its activities next year under the name Telekom Rendszerintegráció Zrt., and in parallel, the company's focus and some of its internal structure will also change.

The transformation of T-Systems Hungary and the change of name have been on the management's agenda for a long time, and the changes in the near future serve the purpose of enabling the group, as a local player, to more effectively provide services from a single source that are offered by large global service providers, and to also be able to provide a carrier network.

Based on these, a new name was created: Telekom Rendszerintegracíos Zrt.
