National Computer Technology Company
Budapest Béla Bartók út. 104. (1975-1980)
Vahot Street 6 (1980-1982)
The company's goal and task was to trade and service imported computers, as well as to install computer parks designated for the use of computers in the Central Computer Development Program – originating from socialist relations. OSZV was a commercial enterprise, and their work made it possible for computer centers based on socialist-made machines to be established on a larger scale in Hungary. OSZV was a so-called import NOTO. It was not created freely, but with a set task. ESZR distributed machines because it was created for this purpose based on the interstate agreement.

OSZV prepared and equipped approximately 150 machine rooms with ESZR machines (R20, R30, R22, R35), for which they provided a full range of services (machine room design, technical consulting, service, commissioning, and maintenance).
1973 OSZV, the basic institution of Hungarian computer trade and service, is founded
1982 Számalk was established from the merger of the companies Számok, Számki (Infelor) and OSZV.
A department/main department, OSAK, has been established within the OSZV, its location and operation:
NOTO-OSZV was founded in 1973 to service, purchase and install ESZR machines.
During its operation, OSZV prepared and equipped approximately 150 machine rooms with ESZR machines (R20, R30, R22, R35, R40), for which it provided a full range of services (machine room design, technical consulting, service, commissioning, and maintenance).
The machines also included software (primarily an operating system). A software department was established to manage this, led by Tamás Vidor.
However, the software supplied with the computer was not reliable enough, so under the leadership of the Central Statistical Office, deals were made in which Western software was purchased, and a decree was issued stating that domestic programs developed for the ESZR must be registered. For this reason, the Software Department was expanded to become OSAK (National Software Archive and Tracking Service). This independent department was headed by Nikifor Mihailov, a Bulgarian by origin, after Tamás Vidor in the SZÁMALK. The key person was Éva Blitzer, who has since died. OSAK ceased to exist with the cessation of ESZR imports in 1990.
