Our company has been developing and distributing business management software for Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises for more than 30 years. Today, the name Kulcs-Soft is synonymous with the development, sale and support of software that provides business management support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

At first, custom software was programmed based on specific customer needs. As the number of customers increased, the products were standardized, and the idea of boxed software was born. In Hungary, Kulcs-Soft was the first to have business management products developed for the Windows operating system. At the turn of the millennium, our company was the first to program its business management software in such a way that the transition to the year 2000 would not cause problems in the administration of businesses. From 2005, with the spread of the internet, our online software appeared, thanks to which we gained as many customers in two years as in the 17 years before. On October 30, 2009, we entered the Budapest Stock Exchange. From 2011, we also appeared abroad with our Key-Soft business unit.

Our commitment to social responsibility

We founded the Kulcs-Esély Foundation in 2012. The founders and managers of our company have always taken care to ensure that children and talents in need benefit from the profits of their business. The Kulcs-Esély Foundation is fully committed to helping children. The Foundation aims to help talented children living in disadvantaged situations due to social or health reasons, giving them a chance to live the life they desire. Since 2013, Kulcs-Soft has spent more than 130 million forints for this purpose. In addition to supporting talented children and those in need, our company has prioritized the areas of education, healthcare institutions and sports.

Our School Program clearly demonstrates our commitment to social responsibility and supporting the future generation. It is important that the future generation learns using the most modern and continuously developing programs. In light of this, our company provides administrative, payroll and accounting educational software so that they can gain workable and practical knowledge while still in school. The fact that they have acquired their knowledge using a recognized software while still in school increases the chances of employment for graduates.
