The KSZI was established in 1965 from the KÖGAV (Central Machine Data Processing Company) operating in 1960. From 1960 to 1965, Dr. Endre Hajnal was its director.
From 1983 onwards, it continued to operate under the name Industrial Computer Company (ISZV).
